Here are a few things you may want to know

Is the welding harmful or painful? No! I use the safest, most advanced welder in the permanent jewelry industry and take every precaution.
What if it breaks? If the chain breaks at the weld within the first 2 weeks of having your permanent jewelry, I will re-weld it for free. After that, there is a nominal charge of $10 to have your chain re-welded. Our chain is dainty and delicate, so it is still important to treat it with care.
What if I need an MRI or have to take it off for some reason? No problem. Find the ring that connects the chain ends (you may have to look hard) and cut the ring that holds the ends together. You can use wire cutters, small but sharp scissors or even a good set of nail cutters. Your chain can always be welded back on when you are ready.
Do you give discounts for multiple items? We strive to price our items fairly and recognize that the time, effort and quality do not change whether it is your first piece or your tenth, so we do not discount currently.
Can I host a party? Yes! Parties are a great way to bond with friends and/or family. We will book parties for eight or more with a $100 deposit that is completely refundable at the party. We are working on an incentive program for party hosts now and should have details soon.
I own a business and would love to host a pop-up. Can you set up at local businesses? Yes! We love to visit new businesses to help them increase foot traffic and to introduce their current clientele to this fun, new trend! Your customers will thank you for having us out!
