So, what is permanent jewelry?  Good question.  Permanent jewelry is high quality and dainty chain that is custom measured to fit your wrist, ankle or wherever you want to wear it.  The chain is cut and then the two ends are attached to a ring to hold them together and the ring is welded closed while you wear it.  The chain is meant to be worn forever and thus has no clasp to be able to remove it with.
